Yoghurtis med bær og kokos
Jeg tror knapt du finner en enklere dessert. Denne er knapt noe mer komplisert enn å ta en boks med is opp av fryseren. Den krever bare bittelitt mer planlegging og bittelitt mer tid. Du trenger yoghurt, bær og kokos.
Finn frem en form, en som passer i fryseren og til yoghurtmengden du skal lage. Du kan kle den med bakepapir, eller la være og heller sette formen i varmt vann når du tar opp isen. Hell yoghurten oppi formen, strø over valgfrie bær og kokos. Sett i fryseren. Så trenger du bare å vente på at det skal fryse.

Når yoghurten er fryst så tar du den opp av fryseren og serverer. Enten ta ut bakepapiret og vipp ut isen, eller sett formen i litt varmt vann og la isen løsne litt før du vipper den ut. Sunt og enkelt – en fin hverdagsdessert!
