Her kommer versjon nummer to av denne friske, digge sommerretten. Du må gjerne spise den året rundt, men den er jo ekstra god nå på sommeren. Vannmelonpizza er en frisk, digg siderett eller en liten snackrett – eller en dessert. Alt ettersom hvilken versjon du lager!
Denne versjonen er kanskje litt mer voksen enn den forrige jeg lagde. Den forrige var proppet med smaker som også små kan like, mens denne har litt mer voksne smaker. Den er en perfekt siderett til grillmaten.
Skjær opp vannmelon i skiver, og deretter i stykker – akkurat som du deler en pizza. Smuldre over fetaost, sprinkle med en god balsamico og server med frisk basilikum og oliven.
