Tørrbørsting – en god start
Nå på nyåret har jeg forsøkt å få inn tørrbørsting som en fast rutine. Det lille sparket i rumpa som skulle til var et plutselig innfall vi fikk, da vi bestilte oss en ferietur om ikke lenge. Og det føltes ikke kroppen helt klar for. Sa da var det på tide å vekke den og gjøre den klar for litt sol og varme.
Men tørrbørstingen handler selvfølgelig ikke bare om det. Den er en deilig liten rutine, en kvikk start på dagen. Tørrbørstingen føles som et lite energikick som setter i gang kroppen. Og det sies jo også at tørrbørsting skal ha en god rensende effekt på kroppen, da den hjelper lymfesystemet å gjøre jobben sin.
En ting som er sikkert er at vinterhuden har hatt godt av noen runder med børsten. Etter mange måneder under mye klær, skiftende temperaturer og tørr inneluft så føles huden ganske gusten. Tørrbørstingen gjør at det føles ut som den vekkes litt til live igjen.
Det er mulig det er tilfeldig. Men jeg har nesten alltid kalde føtter og hender, det føler jeg blir litt bedre når jeg tørrbørster huden. Det føles som om sirkulasjonen settes godt i gang.

Velg en tørrbørste av god kvalitet. Det er ikke noe behagelig med børster som røyter og slipper masse hår, eller børster som føles som de slites ut med en gang.
