Grønt og skjønt på balkongen

Jeg har blitt så glad i planter jeg. Og de siste årene har jeg sådd frem planter innendørs, som kan pryde balkongen gjennom hele sommeren. Aller best liker jeg de spiselige variantene – urter, grønnsaker og bær. Ingenting smaker bedre enn de tingen du sår og dyrker frem selv. Jeg elsker å lage mat sammen med mannen i huset, og da er det ekstra koselig å kunne plukke noen stilker med ulike urter på egen balkong, som deretter brukes i deilige mariander til grillmaten eller kanskje i en mojito.

På altmuligbutikken TGR fant jeg disse små mini-drivhusene. De rommer nå små spirende sukkertplanter. Gleder meg til å plante de ut på balkongen!
